مشكلة البطالة

مما لاشك فيه أن مشكلة البطالة من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه مجتماعنا، ومن أكثر المشاكل خطورة. البطالة هى مشكلة عامة يواجهها المجتمع، فهي تهدد جميع الشباب من مختلف الاعمار. في الفترة الاخيرة اصبحت البطالة تهدد البلاد  وتمنع النهضة والتقدم. والبطالة هي عدم وجود عمل يناسب الشباب وذلك لعدم توفير فرص حقيقية، أو بسبب عدم توافق المؤهل الدراسي والخبرة في الأعمال الموجودة بالفعل بسوق العمل. يوجد أسباب كثيرة للبطالة منها انتشار المشاكل الاقتصادية والتى تمنع الدولة من اقامة مشاريع جديدة. السبب الاخر للبطالة عدم وجود وظائف تناسب كل المؤهلات الدراسية الموجودة. ومن أهم الاسباب المؤدية للبطالة انتقال الشباب من الريف الي المدينة للبحث عن فرص عمل جديدة ويتركون اعمالهم في زراعة الارض ويتسببون في ازدحام المدينة. اما طرق حل مشكلة البطالة فهي متنوعة ومنها العمل بالحرف والاعمال اليدوية الصغيرة وعدم اعتبارها مهينة. جمع المال من الشركات والمؤسسات الضخمة وعمل مشروعات صغيرة للشباب. الحد من استقبال العمالة من الخارج حتى تتوفر اماكن لشباب بلدنا.

Unemployment is a general problem faced by society , it threatens all young people of different ages. In recent times, unemployment has become a threat to countries, preventing progress . Unemployment is the absence of work suitable for young people because of the lack of real opportunities, or because of the incompatibility of the academic qualification and experience in the work already in the labor market. There are many reasons for unemployment, including the spread of economic problems, which prevent the state from establishing new projects. The other reason for unemployment is the lack of jobs that fit all existing qualifications. One of the main causes of unemployment is the transfer of young people from the countryside to the city to seek new jobs and leave their work in the cultivation of the land and cause congestion in the city. The ways to solve the problem of unemployment are diverse, including work in the small manual work . Raising money from large companies and institutions and running small projects for young people Limiting the reception of workers from abroad so that there are places for the youth of our country.
